Terms & Conditions

  1. Refund policy – pre-paid tickets will only be refunded on the condition that at least one hour’s notice is given to Melville Theatre Company (the club) to allow us the opportunity to resell tickets. Refunds will not be issued without cancellation notice. Email the club Bookings Officer to cancel bookings and request a refund.
  2. Your pre-paid tickets will not be sent out to you. They will only be available for collection at the box office on the day of the performance.
  3. The box office opens one hour before the advertised performance time.
  4. If an upcoming performance date is not available for online booking, there may be tickets available at the door on the night of the performance. Online bookings are closed off when the seating allocation is almost fully subscribed.
  5. All tickets, paid or not, must be collect prior to 10 minutes before curtain. Any tickets not collected by this time may be resold at our discretion.
  6. Please allow yourself plenty of time to park – If the carpark is full you can park on the other side of Stock Rd at the Melville City Rec Centre.
  7. Latecomers will not be admitted to the theatre until a suitable break in the performance. The auditorium doors are closed at the advertised time. No refunds will be given for tardiness. It is entirely your responsibility to arrive within the required timeframe.
  8. The club reserves the right to place a temporary row of seating in front of the regular front row for wheelchair and overflow seating, so long as it is within our maximum seating limit.
  9. Prams, strollers and similar items are not permitted in the auditorium due to fire/evacuation requirements. These must be left with our Front of House staff.
  10. All the people you see at the club are volunteers. No one is getting paid. The money that we raise goes back into the running of the club. Be nice to us please.
